Participation Fee:
We still have about 1/3 of the cast who has not paid their participation fee. It is $10. For this fee, the kids will get a 5×7 photo of the cast in costume, a WOOZ t-shirt and the use of a TRP costume. This fee is paid up-front so I can afford to purchase all of the costumes and fit them prior to the show. We must have this paid by Sunday, July 18th so that we know who intends to perform and who does not. If you are uncertain if you’ve paid or not, email me or check with the ladies at the table out front at Sunday’s practice for confirmation.
Crew Volunteer Assignments:
Assignments are being posted later today to Facebook and the TRP Website (www.tallahatchieriverplayers.com). Please note, some jobs like hair/makeup and costume mommies make work both nights prior to show, but you will be done early enough to join your family for the show of your choice. Backstage crew will be asked to work one night only so you can watch the show on the opposite night. You may email me directly (grreid31@gmail.com) for your assignment or you can pick it up Sunday afternoon (July 18th) during practice, 2-4 pm if you are unable to view the list in these places. It is very important we hear from you immediately to confirm your willingness to participate in producing our show.
Ticket Sales:
Tickets will go on sale this Sunday TO CONFIRMED CREW ONLY! If you work for me, you get the perk of getting first selection of seats. It’s the only tangible thank you I can afford, but I hope it will please all of my worker-bees!
In addition, I will allow all parents the chance to get tickets before general sales open. You may come during practice to purchase your tickets. Please see below for details:
Sale Dates:
Crew – 18th during practice 2-4 pm
Parents – 19th, 20th & 22nd during practice 5:30-7 pm
General Sales – 26th @ Main Street 8 am-5 pm M-F
Special Notes:
 On special sale nights, you must have cash or check in hand. We can not reserve them for you.
 On special sale nights, you can only buy 6 tickets per person. If you need additional tickets you may purchase them at the end of practice on the 22nd or during general sales. This allows us the chance to let each child’s family have seats close to the stage.
Special Purchase Items:
We will have several things connected to the show that you may purchase if you wish. These items are PRE-ORDER only so make your plans to order between now and the show time. Volunteers will be on hand during next week’s ticket sales dates to assist you.
DVD:
We have asked a local videographer to come in and tape our performances for us. He will be producing a DVD for you to purchase. The cost is $15 per DVD and must be paid for in advance. You may order DVDs as late as the night of performances.

T-Shirts:
If you would like a WOOZ t-shirt that contains the poster art design, you may order one for members of your family. Orders are due by August 2nd. The cost is $12 per shirt and must be paid for in advance.
Photographs:
We will have a professional photographer who will take photos on August 8 prior to our first dress rehearsal. Each child will received a 5×7 of the full cast photo as part of their participation fee. However, individual and group packages will be available for purchase. Package price sheets will be available for pick up during our special ticket sales nights so you can make plans.
Practice Calendar:
A revised practice calendar will be posted to Facebook and the website by Sunday, July 18th. Please download and print it for your convenience. All practices and performances will be at the high school. We are still finalizing arrangements on the school day performances. I will let you know those details as soon as I have them.
